I love a good question.
There’s nothing I love more than a song that asks a good question.
It invites outside thoughts, which by default becomes a community activity.
In that sense, it provides an opportunity for everyone involved to reflect and grow together.
That is a remarkable thing.
My guest on the podcast today, Canadian Singer/Songwriter/Speaker, Andrew Allen wrote a song called What Would Love Do?
It’s an invitation to any given situation or choice to stop and ask,
“How might Love proceed in this moment?”
Isn’t that a cool question?
To hear the song, and Andrew speaking about it himself, as well as a whole basket of inspiration, check out the interview:
There’s a great deal to take away from this conversation. I’m curious to know what hits you most.
*In the meantime, Andrew threw out the songwriting prompt of “Change.” Particularly with regards to how we can look inward for how to grow, evolve, and better create the world we wish to live in.
What a lovely invitation!
I think it’s safe to say if you take on that writing challenge, it’ll probably lead to a song you love ❤️.
